Design by Lexi: A Little of This, A Little of That

I feel like this past week has been a "little of this and a little of that". We have had some progress but as I look at the pictures it doesn't look all that different. Chris and our friend Kyle did a bunch of framing which HOPEFULLY means ceilings soon! With the framing done we were able to take down the drywall supports and get so see the room completely open for the first time- no walls, no studs, no supports! HVAC and electrical have been installed, more never-ending-super-awful-ugly-not-easy-to-remove- wallpaper has been taken down, and the stairwell bookcases have been started.

Here are a few pictures of this past week's progress.

Above: Straight down the center of the living room. Where that awful wallpaper is on the left will be the dining room, and on the right will be the kitchen.

Below: I took a fun and super informative and fun photography class with these lovely ladies. Taught by Jessica Downey Photography. I have A TON of practice to do, but I'm excited that I now know how to use my camera!
